My husband and myself, along with 2 friends recently rented bikes at Charged Ride and we were very pleased with the service and the bikes. Our friends reserved ebikes and this was a first experience for all of us. They were great and Josh and his young assistant (son maybe?)were so helpful with their guidance and set up for all of us. Gave good trail info. We had a great time. Trail was wonderful and we enjoyed sharing with the Amish buggies. Emily was also pleasant and efficient taking our reservation. Thanks Charged Ride and employees for helping make a great day for us.

Great experience and friendly staff. Loved that we could hop right onto the rail trail. We almost missed the experience though because the website said no availability when we tried to rent online. Would recommend calling if you experience the same thing as they did have plenty of rentals available. Got to see a wagon train on our ride as well as plenty of wildlife. Plenty of shade and super flat riding on the southern trail.
